65 degrees with 85% humidity. A little taste of what's to come I suppose, because it sure felt hot and muggy. A very nice easy run though, one of the more enjoyable ones I've had lately.

AM :: 3-mile run in da dark.
N00N :: 8-mile pedal at da gym. Followed by an extra long sauna to try and bake out this cold virus..blech.

One turn around the local park district trails, two miles. More of a sightseeing trip, the park has been under water with the floods, interesting to see where the picnic tables floated, how far up the flood water came.
