actually it was a very impressive gym - esp the yellow shag carpeting upstairs. But there were more real weigh things packed in than I would have imagined.

Everyone knew her it seemed. I think she's planning to run for Lustrus Potentate or Benevolent Dictator of Lenna!

She kept introducing me to everyone as 'My frined who runs 100 miles!'
