Guys and gals,
anyone have a sure-fire plan for running the half?
I just got one from runner's world, but I'm not sure if I'll like it. (too much track work) I also have used Hal Higdon before, and that was OK.
I just want to try something new, mix it up a bit.
If you have a surefire 1/2 marathon training plan, let me know.

What are your goals in question? Are you aiming for a certain goal time or are you just looking to finish?

I gave you the intermediate version (25-50 mpw, goal time is under 1:40). There's a beginner, advanced, and competitive program on that site also. There's only one real "track" workout a week so this would prolly be good for u

My November half last year was the robp plan with good advice interspersed from runaroundsue. It lead to a 1:35 PR after a summer of injury so it worked pretty well.
