its kind of a personal trainer/class instructor on your iPod/MP3 player.

i bought a beginer indoor cycling program for 5 bucks. if it works out, i think i might buy a few more workouts.

hopefully this will be cool, ive been playing with the idea of hiring a personal trainer, but its way more expensive than i thought. so maybe this will work as well.

I need to come up with something like this. Confused This working for a living is over rated.

I'm a little confused, what is it? Do they talk to you or something? What I'm imagining seems pretty cool....and I need all the help I can get on the trainer. bor-ing. Let us know how it works!

i have yet to try my workout Embarassed , but yeah, i assume that they talk you thru a workout. i listened to the first few minutes of the one i have and thats what its seems to be...
