2:02 on the mill
I'm sure I'll go longer when I bump up my training.

It's the only way I can get my training in.
Sad...but true.

I do have a TV in front of me though to plug into if I want.
Good tunes to listen to as well.

Somewhere between 1:45 and 1:50. Wasn't that bad. I forget what I was watching on the DVD player, but time didn't crawl along.

I also had to add...

I'm on the prowl for one particular mill at my gym that is programmed to go for 4 hours. All the rest are set for 1 hour and I hate doing my long runs on those...for they stop.

You should see me try to grab that one particular mill.
It's mine...it's all mine! Twisted Evil

Do steppers count ?

Today I did 75 minutes on the stepper where I normally go.

When one is availabe, I will do 60 minutes on the Strairclimber.

For some reason after even 5 minutes on a treadmill, I want to get off. The stepper is not problem.

I've gone a whopping 3 hours (and some change) on the mill, a few times. Keep in mind that I run like some people briskly walk, so I never get as far as one would think...

As long as I have the time and good tunes, and lottsa water, running on the mill does not bother me at all.

30 seconds.

My brain just won't let me "run" while the surroundings stay the same. It's just too freaky.

I'm about as coordinated as a bumblebee stuck in a jar when I've gotten on a mill. meh

My shoes squish-squished the last hour and were literally spraying sweat. After that, I'll stop halfway through anything over 1:30 to change shoes and clothes.
