Below Freezing; Ice Makes Commute Tricky gee you think?  i just love the south at times.

ATLANTA -- Break out the winter coat.
Temperatures dropped below freezing in some part of north Georgia overnight.
There are reports of light snow falling in the far north Georgia mountains.
"Its not going to amount to a whole lot, but it could be a problem during the morning commute," says Channel 2 meterologist Karen Minton.
"There is some sleet falling in Hall County, in the Gainesville area," she added.
There have been reports of ice forming on bridges and overpasses throughout the metro Atlanta area.
Cold air is moving in as a cold front moves out of our area. That should leave us with clear skies later in the day.
Temperatures should also warm up throughout the day with highs heading into the upper-40s.
Tomorrow should be even warmer with temperatures rebounding all the way up to the low 60s.

i find it scary/yet funny that the area needs to be reminded of the fact that "bridges may freeze before road" signs are more ignored. the fact that events like this happen every year but in such low frequency that it causes enough traffic woes to be considered "newsworthy"
and i figured you northers could use a good laugh considering not until 3 feet of snow is aon the ground before drivers even notice it.

it was 34F when i got up this morning, 4 hours later it was 60F in three days HA try mere hours you mere mortal.
i went and did about 10 miles on the skates today, just too dang good a day to pass up.
