my 8-yo daughter completed a week-long track camp--last night was the competitions. she got three first places, so did my son.

my daughter beat a 14 yo boy in the 50 yard dash with a time of 8.2. he happens to be on the jr. high track team. she whooped him.

ah yes, glory days, they'll pass you by..............
