If you have any brags, do share!
Kids got their report cards yesterday. Libby did well, although went from an A in science to a C. We had a long talk about it too, it's her first C this year and in many years I think... this is not my brag.
Will ... he doesn't care to read so much. Every night for homework we HAVE to read 2 stories. Well, for most of this year he's been at a 2.1 reading level (a 2nd grader who has been in school for one month) but last week he was tested again, and he jumped to a 3.1 level (3rd gradeer in school for one month). I think this is pretty amazing for someone who'd rather go to the dentist than read. He is in 1st grade, incidentally.
I'm hitting B&N today and getting him some books that are in the 3rd grade level. It's very exciting.

Son started at Northeaster Univ in Boston Fall 2000 - Discovered all the fun Boston has to give in the fall of 2000. Came home in spring 2001 and trasnferred FOUR undergrad credits to local Comm College.
Son is expected to graduate local Comm Coll in May and begin attending local State Univ in Fall. Currently holding about a 3.0.
Daughter began attending Northeastern Univ in Fall of 2003 majoring in Music Industry. (She plans on being VERY rich). Was on Dean's list in Fall and expected to be on list in Spring. Was nominated for national honor society.
Daughter will work here during the summer and attend a macro econ class with her brother during intercession in May.

Tuesday they didn't fight all day, being deeply involved in working on their new dollhouse.
They love running and are now running 5k 3 days a week.
They try to keep their room clean and succeed 79.8% of the time.
They are respectful, and try very hard to be obedient.
Overall, I'm pretty happy.

A few weeks back my oldest (a first grader) did his annual achievement test, about the only homeschooling requirement. In the dozen topics tested, the results came back and he tested anywhere from second grade to ninth grade level. We're just tickled

Son #1 - still in infantry training at Camp LeJeune.
Son #2 - uh, hasn't built any Drano bombs lately.... still underachieving in school.... ate 3 cheeseburgers and a biggie fries from Wendy's yesterday as a normal sized meal.... he is turning into a helluva baseball player though.
