its all sh!tty work right now.
in order to not wait any longer we are cleaning up all the construction mess ourselves. at this point its mostly drywall dust and the paper liner they put on the floors, but thers a lot of drywall dust to clean up. and that stuff gets everywhere.

there is drywall dust everywhere from where they sanded the spots they had to touch up last week.
thats really all, but it took me an hour to get the office and guest room looking even halfway decent.
and maybe if i let her help now, she wont want to later on.

you could cut her up into pieces and throw her out with the drywall dust.....
it absorbs moisture....

The dustbuster is your friend for stairs, as is the duster attachment on your vacuum (for baseboards, corners, windows). However...watch the filters so they don't get clogged and overheat the motor.
Also use a lot of swiffer pads for the floors, counter tops. Do the dry dusting BEFORE you use wet, otherwise you'll make a big mess.
I imagine your MIL as an older Monica Geller
