....that is why I am sucking back this 12 oz peppercorn steak. With macaroni salad.
And tomorrow when I make chocolate haystacks it will be because cocoa promotes heart health.
You got a problem with that?

We've been on a red meat binge lately in the TOsteve household. My wife has been off and on anemic through her whole pregnancy and the iron supplements just aren't cuttin' it.
At first I found it kinda sexy that my Mrs. TOsteve was ordering big slabs of rare steak all the time - but now its gettin' kind of  .
I think we've created a monster with an insatiable appetite for animal flesh...

It would had to have been a looonnnnng song because it took me damn near 45 minutes to eat the thing, and then I gave the last 1/3 to the dogs.
This morning I have steak hangover. But it was so. good.
