you must be kidding.

I think I've unlocked the secret to faster times. Gotta get rid of the six pack hydration system on long runs.

I knew some of the lore because I bought Dave Scott triathlon training book not long ago. That man is a purist. He eats like twenty apples a day (in addition to a lot of other weird nutritional habits) says gloves get in his way on the bike and goggles bug him when he swims.
I can only imagine what he must think of all these new generation triathletes that have enough gear to fill a transition area by themselves.

Nice!

Mark Allen paid a visit and spoke at the local tri shop here in town last year, but I wasn't able to attend. He, Dave Scott and Paula are on a totally different level than anyone else on the planet.
