| The paducah sun wrote: | | Police in Fulton, Ky., investigating a marijuana-smoking complaint by William Hainline's neighbors in September, found dope burning on a backyard grill with a large fan on the other side of the house sucking the smoke through the home (in effect, said Police Chief Terry Powell, "turn(ing) the house into a large marijuana bong"). Hainline said he was merely having a 52nd birthday party, but police seized four pounds of marijuana. [Paducah Sun, 10-1-02] |
Well i'd be lying if i claimed i'd never thought of "hotboxing" my room back in college. But i'd imagine 4 lbs of weed is pretty hard to come by in a landlocked state like Kentucky. Plus, this guy's fifty-two years old. Be prudent - roll a frigging joint.
who among us is completely innocent of the crime of "Damn, it sure sounded like a good idea at the time?"

i don't know
my first reaction was "Awesome. Weed doesn't kill brain cells, it makes you use those brain cells to smoke more weed. WHHEEEEEE!"
and my second thought was "Jesus, that guy's wasting a lot of weed."

No, no, no, not hard to come by at all, landlocked or no. Its grown fresh there. It has much of the same chemistry as tobacco and does really well in KY limestone based soil. Its the number 1 albeit illegal cash crop for the state. Some pretty scary towns in the eastern half of the state where thats all that is grown...
Now, to try and prevent the jabs (in vain I'm sure):
Yes I'm from KY but no, I wouldn't personally know how to come by it as I've never acquired it
nor smoked it, nor grown it....but I did go to a school where lots of campaigning to make hemp legal occurred. Because after all, if we make tobacco less and less legal, the KY farmers need something to grow to put food on the table.

No. Unless something has changed really recently...

To back up Shurl, MaryJane is KY's number 1 cash crop. Really.
My friend is a member of the state police. I hear stories.
This is kind of funny... whenever it looks like the Wildcats are going to lose a game in the NCAA tournament, all of the local law enforcement and state troopers are called in because they have an extremely high rate of domestic assaults and suicide attempts.

But Funny? Of course its not funny! The Cats HAVE to win it all EVERY year!!! DUH! I mean, what better time to beat your wife than when the Cats are losing!? The world won't go on if they lose...
embarrassingly, I knew that fact as well...
