... I am on the road! Stopping for a little shopping, then driving 5+ hours to visit the fabulous RLAG. Do not be surprised if you receive a call from either of us ("brothah, can you spare a dollah?") for bail money. We shall just drink, eat, run a little, shop, and laugh-laugh-laugh all weekend long.

What are your weekend plans?

Yeah. Be careful out there.
I'm getting reacquainted with Delta (business travel stinks unless I'm invited!), and vacation home shopping. That could be fun. Or not.

Have fun you guys!!!
Tonight--nada. Chill from a long icky week and make brats for dinner--Brie got me droolin yesterday so I have some ready to go and maybe some beer cheddar soup too! YUM!
Tomorrow-long run. Drop treadmill off at parents house, my dad needs it more than I do. Clean. Grocery shop, etc....boring stuff mostly. Call friend's hubby that I am renting to finish painting my house for me and have him come over to look at the rooms.
Sunday-meet Gogirl for bottomless adventure in Mt. Airy, swim and lift, homework, more boring stuff. Nothing exciting this weekend other than getting to see my buddy Go.

Tonight: The usual (workout, pizza, icecream...perhaps Starbucks)
Saturday: Work outside. Clean up things I've neglected to do when it was hot out. Start on the garage. Perhaps take the kids to Barnes & Nobles and let them pick out a new book. Workout.
Sunday: Church. We have Children's Mass this weekend and the kiddies from RE (including Nole1) are all participating. Workout.
Have a safe trip elkid!
Everyone else...have a great weekend!

Usual weekend stuff here too: bowflex (the manual arrived today, yay me), hit the mill at least once, preferably twice, play with the kids, watch movies, read books, play games... good times!!
Be safe Elkid & RLAG, Genie & gogirl

Cajun Cup 10k tomorrow morning. Then back to the usual weekend drudgery... working. These 2 weeks off have made the job so unbearable.

Last night (since I'm late, as usual), I read my new book "Heart Rate Monitor Training for the Compleat Idiot" (and yes, that's how it's spelled)
Today: Run, housework, TCU v. Cincy game (last home game ) and church
Sunday: 20 miles (just like saying that), I hope it is as easy as last weeks 20 miler. I have a feeling that was a fluke. Sitting on the couch watching football and reading the other 2 books I bought yesterday.
