Seriously, lift weights. The rower ain't gonna do a lot for your arms unless they look like pencils now. Oh, and if your arms look like pencils now, I'm sorry. Neutral

Yes it does. It is a wonderful cardio machine if used properly too.

Yep, about everyone who gets on the rower at my gym says they feel it in different areas of the body. Abs, shoulders, arms , chest, legs, etc.

yeah, i don't do rowing purely for arms - i just wanted to work them, as well as the back, shoulders, etc. i haven't done weights in awhile and didn't want to feel really sore after.

and define pencil arms - i've got more muscle on my arms then some guys twice my size (as much as that statement makes sense) . Razz
