no, but it still improves aerobic ability. a freind has two he's trying to sell. he used to sell them as a side business that kinda failed. he's selling for $500.00

I don't have one, but I have done the research.
Unless you are a top athlete looking to gain 1-2%, then they aren't worth it. The average Joe can increase that much by doing an additional workout or losing some additional weight or body fat%.
The concept is great, but as you know beng a tech., an increase in HGB of .2-.3 that you MAY get, isn't going to add to much to your overall time. An elite athlete may see a difference, but not the avarage athlete.
