My Classical Stretch DVD developed a scratch halfway into the first workout. There's no chapter selection menu so it pretty much takes me several minutes of fibbitzing around to get the player to FF past the scratched portion. When I emailed the company to suggest they break the workouts into chapters for just these occasions, the customer service chickadee offered to replace my DVD for free!
I love this company. Everybody I know is getting DVDs for their birthdays this year.
