We've had these before, just never made them myself. I'm assuming I grill them? I got the kraut & hot mustard & buns, just wondering if I should bake, broil, grill or fry them...

I really need to learn how to cook.

Steam 'em in beer. They're potent enough to eat with no toppings. If need be, a little mustard's all you need. Yum!

And use real beer, not that scary Coors Light crap! A nice ale or lager works well. Something with a little body to it.

I boil them in half beer, half water. No sense in wasting too much of even the cheapest brew.

Then grill 'em up - I use my George Foreman in the Winter. Or, if you want, you can slice them up and cook them in a pan. Great with pasta! Mmm....now I'm gettin' hungry!
