Someone up the road from us had a horse stolen last weekend in the middle of the night. The horse has since been recovered but I am going away this weekend and will not doubt spend the whole time wondering if my darlings are where they're supposed to be.
I bet that's a police code number they don't get to use very often - maybe a 9987654 - stolen horse LOL

If the horse was recovered, did they catch the rustlers?

She's in Canada. There I think they just get a spanking.

Yabbut, I know what that horse has been doing. I'd rather steal the horse than stick a used plunger in my shirt...

It was nice of Jacked to phrase it the way she did. If she'd mentioned by name that it was JUJR who walked off with... oops.

The horse was stolen in the night, by thieves on horseback. ONe of the thieves was a woman, and they had a dog with them I don't know how they know this except maybe they left tracks. After a couple of days of media blitz the horse turned up one morning in the neighbor's front yard, just roaming around.
Being the conspiracy theorist I am I have developed a theory Mr. Green . There is a horse boarding facility across the road from us run by a very nice family with a very horsey teenaged daughter. This daughter has a friend who lives in the area that the horse was stolen from. She has a dog named Red she never rides without.
The stolen horse's name is Scribbles. For a while at the horse boarding place they were keeping a horse named Scribbles who, in my opinion, was underweight. I think the girl with the dog got to know Scribbles in the time she lived at the friend's house and this girl formed an opinion as to the level of care Scribbles was receiving from her owners. Once Scribbles moved into her neighborhood and was no longer under the watchful eye of the friends at their home, I think this young lady decided some vigilante justice was in order, but when the police got involved she decided it wasn't worth the risk.
So endeth my paranoid ramblings for the day.
