I'm on the brink of one I think. Busy as hell in the gym today, and for some reason my fuse is rather short. I just spent several minutes on the phone with some stoopid person soliciting who couldn't say my name or spell it even after I repeated it to her 6 times. Mad I'm still trying to figure out what language she was speaking. Back off already!

I just spent the last half hour doing some tough ab exercises that some crazy trainer thought up for me to do. I'm sore and hungry; THAT'S how my day is going!
