Why wasn't he tied off (secured to the roof)? OSHA's going to have a field day.

I'm not sure, but is this really what you'd like your doctor's line to be?... basically. Confused

Every nail gun I've ever seen (and granted, I'm not a carpenter) you have to press the gun up to something to get it to shoot a nail. It doesn't just spray nails when you press the button.

Is there a kind that does that... or does this coworker just not like him very much? Confused

Good point... hmm where is CSI when you need it... or OSHA. Wonder if that little safety feature had been removed?

This is obviously not a roofing job over my company's product. We don't use collated fasteners. This guy's cow-orker would have had to drive all those nails into his head by hand! Razz

Well, if he fell on top of him. he could have feasibly pushed against it, and had the coworkers hand been sqeezing the trigger, it could have went off.

I can see this happening one or possibly even two times....But I've used those before, and they have some "bounce" to them. It would be tough to do it 6 times on "accident".
