Today's run was difficult. The streets and sidewalks were icy and the wind was incredible. Quite a test of endurance.
10.5 miles in 1 hr 39 min.

My first run since having the flu. I was going to do 4 but I felt great so I keep going. 6.6 hilly miles in the wind. There was no momma-grabbin' involved but other than that I could have been running the same course as RR.

14 miles. Sunny (well, once the sun actually came up), very little wind and about 54o. Was supposed to do 16, but I really need new shoes - my poor little ankle!

AM :: 1 hr. of Spinervals - text version. Really kicked my tail. If I'm not a better cyclist next season, I'm going to .
PM :: 19.7 mile run. Farthest run evah! Failed to hydrate properly for the last few miles and started to pay for it, but other than that, the run went really well.

An hour and half on the trainer spinning while watching a movie. Stretched for 15 minutes afterwards.

5.5 hilly miles under ominously cloudy skies, sans rain.
Way to go Riff Raffers!
