I recently learned of an event in my area called the Urban Challenge. It involves running/walking (up to 8 miles or so?) along with solving trivia and finding clues to reach specific destinations in a certain order. I was wondering if anyone here has ever done one of these? I might be up for it. It certainly sounds interesting, if a little odd. I haven't done it but they have the same thing here in Atlanta. It looks like a blast! The registration fee seems a little steep though and I don't really have any real life friends that do much running. Maybe next year.
