I have raced twice and both times I have had race hangover the week following. I am slooooowww moving this week. I ran with my GF last night and commented on how our route must be little long because we had quite a walk at the end (we run by time) and she gave me a look and said "I think WE dragged our feet a bit tonight."

Oh. How diplomatic. Neutral

you kidding, after a good skate race i normally take 2 days off cuz it's major effort just to walk. consider it your body telling your mind that you were all you could be that day.
