Posted: 06/08/06 - 10:51 Post subject: greatest hits of the 80s
so I'm getting another bachelor's degree with students who are the more traditional bachelor's degree age <cough>alot younger than me<COUGH>. Several of whom I've become great friends with. My good 20 year old friend Tina (potential Riff Raff recruit, she's an awesome runner and online addict) who, when you do the math, was born mid 80s wants from me and another "old" classmate an 80s mix cd. Name your favorite 80s songs. I'm thinking early 80s, but it was a whole decade so we shouldn't discriminate...

I'm looking for any/everything. Depending how excited we get, it may become a cd collection. Its for our friend's car as she drives to and from San Antonio almost weekly.

Yes DEFINITELY some Prince, I'll consider the Bangles, but I burnt out on them in about the 5th grade. Close your eyes, give me your hand, darling. Do you feel my heart beating, do you understand? do you feel the same? am I only dreaming... oh the partner skate at the roller rink....

Wrong song! Wrong song! You've got to use Walk like an Egyption. (why does it look like I spelt that wrong?)
