Is it just me or is this woman the biggest dope fiend ever? I cannot pretend to be seaweed and keep a straight face (and my self respect). I knew I should have gone for the a$$-kicking tae bo DVD.

Yes, there is that aspect as well. I have a Kathy Smith tape that I love but it was made in '98 and I can't seem to find her stuff anywhere anymore. It's 40 minutes of mind-numbing cardio- you feel like you've been put through a spin cycle by the time you're done.
