Disappointed because my pr is a 18:59, but that was 6 years ago. So to answer your question about accurately reflecting my training---considering I'm currently only running about 15-20 miles a week with no real speed work, I would have to say yes, it does.

a few treadmill runs at midnight can work wonders in getting that mileage up

It sure sounds like almost everyone else had good races this weekend except me!
