Disappointed because my pr is a 18:59, but that was 6 years ago. So to answer your question about accurately reflecting my training---considering I'm currently only running about 15-20 miles a week with no real speed work, I would have to say yes, it does. Confused

a few treadmill runs at midnight can work wonders in getting that mileage up Mr. Green

Great Job Pebbles,

It sure sounds like almost everyone else had good races this weekend except me!
