I'm dealing with one currently. I just think if they would put half the energy they put in worrying about doing something into actually doing something, they could be mega-productive. But, in the meantime they have to plague us all with their stress, which is very exhausting. I am for the most part a very stressless person, so these issues are very foreign to me.

"I just do not have the time for them", that is the comment my friends and I make in regards to folks like that. Life is to short to waste energy on draining folks that do not offer anything back to you.
