I can't get sleepy because the AC comes on every day around 1 pm and turns my office into a refrigerator. Me and my cubemate wear jackets all afternoon.

My office too. I have a sweater over my first sweater which is over a shirt and a space heater on at my feet, while drinking coffee. I'm still freezing.  But I'm still sleepy.

My mom would say it is the carbs from your lunch.
I have the same problem. I get sleepy for about an hour or two and then I'm fully alert. Usually that's about 3pm which is the same time school gets out. Hmm. Coincidence?
