hello....running is a part of my life, and it is something I would never give up, simply because it gives me an incredible sense of peace. That being said, after having been a runner for about 5 years now, I have noticed how emaciated it looks near my chest. Basically my bones pop out right above my chest, and it looks a bit creepy. I am not underweight or anything like that (i am 5'7 and weigh 135.) i was just wondering if this was normal...or if there was anything i could do about it? thanks!

If you've got gym access, bench press and dumbbell flies will help fill out your chest.

If you just want to work on it at home, do push ups.
