Sorry that I bring this before you here, but I need a quick response.

Have you used them with racing?
Did they help?

I'm looking for something that will not make my stomach as full when racing (like gatorade does). I've been recommended to use these kind of tablets next week and have not incorporated them in my training at all.

Your thoughts appreciated.

Succeed caps have a buffer in them to settle the stomach.

They were formulated by Karl King - former race director of the Ice Age 50!

I have one more 8 miler scheduled this weekend. I may try some to see what they do when I'm running (1 tablet). I've had a hard time with the gatorade and believe I need electrolyte replacement as the miles increase. I hate feeling sick from the fluids, gu's, etc.

I wish I had known about these tablets prior to this week so I could have incorporated them in my training. They may have helped me with bonking on one of my 20 mile runs.

You can either do capsule or powder form. This close to the race, you'll probably not get any time to experiment with how much you need, even if they can get them to you before then.

I use the powder and mix 1 scoop per 24 ounces on normal days (hot days I use 2 scoops). Never had any stomach issues at all. I'm a heavy sweater so these work great for me.

Do you believe they pick you up? I hit a certain distance and all the gu's in the world are not helping.
