electro muscle stimulation after injury?

I sustained a big injury. I was unable to move my legs for a long time. My spine is OK but I have to fight the atrophy of my legs. I am home now and doctors say that I will be OK but it will take me a long time before I could walk and run normally. What do you think about electro muscle stimulation after injury?

You have to check with your doctor first. But I think that you may benefit from such therapy. It is far less than a miracle so don’t expect one. However you can expect some improvement for sure. Depending on a particular case it can range from minor to really significant. Anyway it won’t hurt you if you try.
