so i get the feeling i need to break it down for the old farts... 
so, there are these really old, plastic things that are like giant cds, that have music on them. a person, the dj, plays two, sometimes more, of these big plastic things at the same time to make new music out of the different kinds. thats whats called spinning. some people are very good and other people pay los of money to see them spin. others suck big kahunas and people will stll pay lots of money to see them....
