Saturday evening i think, and yes it's a ithink because once the stone hits the bladder there is no longer any pain, but i felt that infernal thing taravel down into the bladder. then saw a small dark colored "sand" piece in the toilet the next time i went to urinate.

i'll try a social skate today to see how it goes. wish me luck.

and WTR, Thanks Mr. Green

it's not a once then all the time thing, it's just that those that do, tend to be more prone to it. apparently i'm prone to it. it's thru dehydration and i eat healthy foods, green leafy vegetables, berries, and brocoli.
