When I'm writing school papers, almost every day of the semester, usually a few times each day. I am a good speller, but I like to make sure I'm using the word correctly. I also love the thesaurus.
When I'm not doing school work, not so often, maybe a couple times per month.

I think so. (this is where you reply all clever like with misspelled words...)

I use merriamwebster.com everyday.
Sometimes I even use it to look up words.

I use my Dictionary every single day. I have it right here beside me on my desk. Just a habit I guess. I do use spellcheck as well.

It's my job to be the grammar and spelling police at work, so before I bust someone I make sure that I am correct.
Dictionary: three or four times a week
Gregg's Manual: once every couple weeks

Once a week at work. Webster's New World Dictionary.
There's also a medical dictionary here. Lots of words you can't pronounce, let alone spell, but also a lot of great pictures.
