should i go see one? a while ago, i posted about having quite the case of atheletes foot. im almost positive that i got it the last time i got a pedicure.

well that was over a month ago and my feet are still kind of itchy and they are still peeling like mad, particularly inbetween my toes. it not getting better, ive tried exfoilating, using extra lotion, leaving them alone for days at a time and they are not getting better. even the OTC stuff hasnt helped.

should i consider seeing a dermatologist or should i just go to a regular dr?

i'd just go to a dermatologist. it might save you a trip to the GP where you will only hear "duh, i dunno, better see a skin doctor, that's $50"

unless you need a referral

Go to a health food store and get a bottle of tea tree oil. Use a cotton ball and dab it on the spots that are itchy. It will make it "dry up" the skin will turn white for a couple of days, but the oil will kill the little germs. If you're lucky this will be your only breakout. If you're not so lucky you will be plagued with it for many years to come. I'm fine in the summer time, but come winter time I get itchy. It's because I have to wear closed toe shoes and socks in the winter opposed to the summer time sandals. PM me if you want more info. I'm kind of an expert.
