Almost as bad as lingerie shopping on fall Sunday afternoon, when your team has a bye week

Dude, if you knew what was good for you, you'd go lingerie shopping.

sewing is impossible; i can't thread a needle....and quilting???? Shocked i just can't relate to having that type of skill.

i am completely undone by fabric and the thoughts of it.

LC does quilts and needlework and makes clothes and stuff. So I've had on occasion to be in a fabric store too.

But that's hellalot better than being in a wimmen's shoe store/department.

I think wimmen's shoe store/department is covered under the Geneva Convetion and the Law of Land Warfare

Since I'm the only one who sews in my house, going to the fabric store has been my duty.

Interestingly, most of the time, the clerks in the store seem to ignore me. They probably think I wandered in by mistake.

My gf sews a lot of her own clothes and she can quilt. She's made some really impressive quilts over the years. She does some other sewing sport also that requires needle and thread but I can't for the life of me remember what it is. All that said, I've only been in a fabric store one time and that was to carry something heavy out of the store.

Fabric stores and craft stores like Hobby Lobby and Michaels and another whose name I've repressed are also a level of h*ll for me.
