Hey all, my name is Will and I've been cycling for a number of years but now I'm in college, taking a degree track that seems to own my very life and soul. I virtually live on campus in the architectural design studio and seldom do I get a good opportunity to ride any more. I'm not about to start riding at night, because I don't get enough sleep as it is, so I've decided to take up running.... I just have one question for now.
Hydration. I know it's a vital part of any exercise, but of all the runners I've ever passed when riding the trails or the road, I don't remember ever seeing a single one with a small Camelbak or anything. I'm looking for some tips on how to stay hydrated without carrying anything on me -- is it conventional for a runner to just stop somewhere and get a drink, or should I shorten the times of my outings, or what?
