our home computer has some problems: my kids have downloaded entirely too much music and the hard drive is filling up, causing things to move slowly. I tried to get things moving, and decided that we may have had a virus, so I downloaded the latest Norton Antivirus. It did find a virus. Things are still moving slowly. I have re-booted, eliminated some software that I can reload later, run the disk error checks, etc. still going slow. message at startup tells me that regedt.exe is whacked.....brother called to tell me that for Christmas he is giving us hard disk space! I mention the regedit and he laughs! yeah, you got problems....sounds like he'll fix me up when he comes over on Christmas day.

my brother runs a civil engineering firm and his own internet toy business. I'll post a link sometime when I get this computer fixed. (I'm using it to post this, it only takes forever to get it going.) Every job he had before going into business for himself he was hired for his computer skills. So, in this case it is very much like having PH for a brother. I've never had to "call" a repair man for the comp, I simply call my brother.
