we STILL do not have internet (let alone cable or tv) at home.

comcast was supposed to come out and "survey" two weeks ago. they were supposed to install everything on tuesday. when the guy got there he said some system was down and the only thing he could do was cable.

but oh wait, we dont have whatever undegroud line we are supposed to have (evidently, thats what the survey guy was supposed to do ) so he cant do ANYTHING.

so, here we are three weeks after the initial phone call to request services. i tell them im not paying for anything, but we really dont have anything to not pay for. Mad

oh, and the best part is is that comcast is actually the most reliable cable/internet provider in our area.

They wouldn't fix my bad local channel reception. It was so bad the VCR wouldn't record it because it didn't recognize a channel.

On DirectTV now. Cool

Ours has been good ( 6 months now) Some bad lightening will cause it to go out for a few minutes.

They all seem to be good in marketing; not so good in service.

Good luck.
