Fake. I'd like a real one that could be re-planted in the yard at a later date, but I am too allergic. So we compromised; fakey aluminum "pine" tree with blue ornaments and a real ficus with no ornaments. I'll probably destroy the latter in record time...

Fake for us. Don't like messing with watering, cleaning up needles, etc.

Fake here also. Got those pine allergies too.
My mom has her little fake tree all decorated sitting in an upstairs closet all year. Just brings it downstairs and plugs it in! How easy is that!?
I guess after raising 6 kids with all the holiday hoopla, she deserves to take it easy now.

Artificial here, though we had real when I was a kid, and wish we did now.

Fake ever since #1 son had bad asthma attacks that had him hospitalized everytime Christmas rolled around when he was little. We finally figured it out and the Dr. said before he'd release my son from the hospital we had to get rid of the real tree. I arrived home with him to find our real tree, fully decorated, in the middle of the front yard. Inside was a fake tree, also fully decorated. Fake ever since.
