My legs...ouch...after a long run in wicking shorts. What can I do other than buy several cotton and lycra shorts?
Thanks,
Shelly

Vaseline® is your friend. I've never had a problem when I've remembered to put on Vaseline®.

Excellent! I'll try vasoline and if that doesn't work it's body glide to the rescue.

This is why I run in bike shorts. I get the Coolmax kind.....I don't mind not having a pocket, it's just more comfy.

For the 'rough' spots that rub alot, I use lanolin or other thicker stuff. For the parts that don't rub quite as much, I use aloe gel. Works great!

I use baby oil! for my long runs and it seems to work fine. I might pick up some of that body glide to give it a try.
