....that I'm not 40 yet!!!! My body feels like 80 lately...first bursitis in the knee and today I pulled a hamstring on the treadmill (of course I refused to stop until I had my time in )

Poor Baby !!
I could give you my litany of two years' worth of aches and pains, but let me just say this: I was in a race this past October with Maddie's Wench. The oldest finisher was 85 !! So to tell you the truth, any pains aches or problems I had are a moot point.

Dag..that offset my prayer..."Lord, please let me be as fast as Sue" I was hoping to get faster, not for Sue to get slower, but whatever works.
