What's your threshold before you start feeling like you're having a heart attack? Is it time specific? I for one can only really handle 2 mugs o' coffee - 3 if I'm exhausted - and none past 1pm or I'm shaking like junkie before a methadone treatment.

I think I am immune now to the effects of caffine. Really, I do. I cannot remember feeling that way, and I drink quite a bit of coffee and iced tea.

I don't really find it makes me shake, either that or I haven't found my threshhold. I do find that I shake when my blood sugar is low.

I think it depends on what I am drinking that has caffine in it. If I have 1 cup of plain Starbucks on an empty stomach then that is all I need to give me the shakes. If I drink a soda then I could probably drink more than a 2 liter bottle before getting the shakes...don't know...never tried.

I'm not sure what my ceiling is.
However, 3 mugs is pretty much my minimum. I have to have that much each and every day.
It also depends very much on how strong the brew you are discussing actually is. Some of the stuff made at the school is so weak, you could drink a pot of it and not catch a buzz, but a good cup from the local coffee store can get ya going.

I've never noticed a caffine, and i don't drink much with it at all. No coffee, that's for certain.

You know it's absolutely sad and ridiculous that I have no ceiling for caffeine. I drink so much of it that nothing gives me the jitters anymore.
