Hello everyone, I have heard a great deal about this website from my brother coach markos.
I ran my first half this last saturday, literally side by side with my brother and it was a blast. Since I started running regularly, a year ago I have stuck to mainly 5K's. I always talked about a half but never really thought I could do it, My bro (coach markos) asked if I would be interest in a half in my home town of Brookings and well, I could not say no.
I trained the last three months thinking is this really going to be worth it? I said to my bro at mile 10 on saturday "this is the farthest I have ever ran right now" I have to say it was worth every minute of training and to do it along side my brother made it even more special. I met Gdogg and his wife who are both great people. I think I am hooked. Just thought I would introduce myself as the new guy. Looking forward to getting to know everyone, take care. Harm

You didn't even tell me you posted this.
