its highyly overrated. 
i dont think i have breathed thru my nose since thursday. 
i will be making a visit to the friendly neighborhood allergist later this week to maybe get something that will help me.

I like breathing. I sometimes forget to do it though. So I have this framed pic that reminds me. Breathe written 5x, then the chinese symbol for it. You know, in case I start thinking in chinese. It could happen!
