2 hard-boiled eggs and oatmeal.
BTW, WTF is reduced-sugar oatmeal? I'm assuming it's the flavored stuff that would normally have sugar added?

exactly what it sounds like. it has half as much sugar as reg oatmeal. and i think it tastes a heck of a lot better.

Coffee
I left the scrambled eggs I made for MW in the fridge so that she would have a nice breakfast on Valentines Day.
I made 3 egg omlets with cheese and ham and hashbrowns on the side last night for MW. my son and myself.
I am undecided which hashbrowns I like better...shredded or cubed...
Next week I have vacation with the Wenchlet down for break, so I suspect I will have to slave over the stove to prepare a gormet breakfast each day.. Yea right...eggs benidict...arnold...

Today, a plain old scrambled egg.
Yesterday: brunch at Striped Bass. I had eggs benedict, except instead of Canadian bacon, it was surf and turf. Mmmm.
