it's bad enough some guys wear tights..... if i see some male idiot wearing a sports bra to keep his nipples from chafing I'm going to shoot him and put him out of my misery!

I'll give you my tried and true method.
You will need:
3" cloth surgical tape. (Paper tape does not work)
Balmex
Prior to running:
Spread Balmex over the nipple area. This is so the tape won't stick to the area you're trying to protect.
Place the tape over the "Balmexed"nipple area.
After the race remove VERY quickly.
PS I have noticed since using "Under Armor" type shirts, I have not had this problem.
