i've never had any kind of blister anywhere since i started running. now, there's this blister kinda thing, except that it's not a normal water blister. i want it gone. leave it alone or mess with it? i'm opting for leaving it the H alone.
anyone every experience a blood blister from running?

Does it hurt? I'd probably stick it and drain it, but I'm not sure if that is what you are supposed to do.
