i've never had any kind of blister anywhere since i started running. now, there's this blister kinda thing, except that it's not a normal water blister. i want it gone. leave it alone or mess with it? i'm opting for leaving it the H alone.

anyone every experience a blood blister from running? Confused

Does it hurt? I'd probably stick it and drain it, but I'm not sure if that is what you are supposed to do. dunno

Sterile needle & drain, same as a water blister... works for me.
