Once again, I had a bad case of creeping death today from about 10AM on. I skipped running at lunch because I felt so bad.
By 5PM, I felt so bad that I thought I may need to call Mrs PH for a ride home. I hopped on the bike and headed home anyway. After about 10 minutes into the ride I felt better and by the time I got home, I felt good enough to squeeze in an easy 4 mile run.

I think it's work. I get sick at work too, usually have a fever for a while after work but then it goes away. But then again I hate the jobs that I do.

Good for you for not bagging the ride home and getting your run in too. Sometimes I feel pretty bad too but training always makes me feel better too.
Can you believe I just said that out loud??
