I’m a 130lb male and since I’m pretty tall, my constitution can be described as skinny. I don’t have much confidence with girls and I’d like to flex my muscles and become a hunk! First, I’ll start running because I’m completely out of condition. After that, I also plan to start working out. Can you suggest what the best shoe for a 130lb male is?

Well, basically only if you’re overweight there are shoes which are more appropriate due to their design. But since your weight is normal, there are no special shoes when it comes to that. And you haven’t told us anything about your foot type and pronation and those two are the most important factors when choosing a shoe. If your pronation is neutral, meaning that your feet hit the ground in a correct way, you can buy Adidas adiZero LT DC shoes because they’re light and suitable both for racing and any kind of workout. If you’re overpronator, try Asics Kayano IX or similar with good cushioning system. And finally, if you’re underpronator, maybe the best choice for you would be New Balance 1122. Whatever you do, don’t exaggerate with exercising and be careful with food supplements for boosting muscles.
